Patrick McVeigh

McVeigh has over 25 years of senior management experience in the telecommunications, personal computing, and software industries. Prior to joining SoonR, McVeigh was the CEO of PalmSource, Inc. He repositioned the company and led it through a competitive bidding process, which resulted in its acquisition by ACCESS Company, Ltd. He was CEO of Aliph Corporation, a developer of next-generation audio and speech technologies for mobile devices. As founder, Chairman, and CEO of OmniSky Corporation, McVeigh led the development of a service launch that provided wireless data services to AT&T Wireless and Verizon. He raised over $250MM in funding through private offerings and a successful IPO, and subsequently sold the business to Earthlink. Previously, he served in a variety of executive roles at both Palm Inc. and Apple Computer.
