Gregory Gorman

Director, Business Development, The Open Group

Gregory is a technology professional with over twenty years of experience in international account management, business strategy and development in the digital media and telecommunications industry.

Gregory is a founding partner of Tertius Advisory Services, a San Francisco based wireless consulting firm. Among his current roles, he serves as the Director of Business Development for The Open Group. In this capacity, he has developed a number of certification programs for major wireless industry initiatives such as Open Mobile Alliance, The NFC Forum and mTLD. He also advises several mobile startup companies on Strategy and Market Development.

Prior to founding Tertius Advisory Services, Gregory held management roles at HP and Bell Atlantic where he ensured that complex infrastructure solutions in the OSS/BSS telecommunications market segment met business requirements and delivered better customer service.

Gregory holds Juris Doctor degree from Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC and Masters in Advanced European Studies from College of Europe in Belgium.

He is an active member of Mobile Monday London and Silicon Valley.
